Jay started communicating as a teenager through the ministry of Youth for Christ. Twenty years later, Jay's track record shows his commitment to seeing lost souls won for Christ. Jay’s motivational presentations are in demand by churches and ministries across the United States. Recent venues include Christian Camping International, The Salvation Army, Youth for Christ, numerous Christian schools, and church denominations.

One of 3 certified instructors for Dynamic Communicators International, Jay is also involved in teaching others to speak with clarity, focus and power.

Jay grew up in Petoskey, MI and attended Taylor University Graduating with degrees in Biblical Literature and Music. Jay served as an Executive Director in Youth for Christ for 15 years. He is a certified instructor Dynamic Communications International. Jay and his wife Laura live in Alma, MI with their son Torrey 17 and daughter Grace 10. They founded Celebrate Ministries, Inc in 1995.
